ABOUT US
We are Chi Alpha. Our name derives from the term "Christ's ambassadors" which we find in 2 Corinthians 5:20: "Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God" (2 Corinthians 5:20 ESV).
When it comes to Chi Alpha at Georgia Tech, our mission is to Engage students with the Gospel and the truth of Jesus Christ, to Equip students to evangelize to their friends and classmates, bringing the Good News to wherever they go, and to Encourage each other in the faith, through discipleship times, life groups, and worship services.
OUR VISION
To be a diverse, Spirit-empowered community that finds rest in Christ, grows through discipleship, and equips students to make disciples on their campus, transforming Georgia Tech and the world around them.
WHAT WE DO
We disicple students through worship services, life group Bible studies, and one-on-one discipleship moments to deepen their faith while in college and encourage them to look outward - just as the Acts 2 church did!
OUR COMMUNITY
Our Chi Alpha community here at Georgia Tech is open to any college-age young adult wanting to experience the power of the Holy Spirit and learn to be a witness for Christ as they enter the real world.
